Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Place Rocket, Watercress and Spinach on your plates.
Drain the tuna from tins and flake in a bowl and add lemon juice then add on top of your leaves.
Slice the roasted peppers and tomatoes, beetroot and gherkins and lay on top of your tuna.
Halve the boiled eggs and place on top of salad. Drizzle salad with olive oil and season.
