How To Remove Grey Line Borders On Avery Templates
Did you know that creating Avery templates in Word is surprisingly easy? Having a digital template of your label design can save you time and help ensure accuracy. However, at times it’s annoying to have those big grey lines around each label.
But don’t worry! In this blog post, I will walk through the steps needed to remove these pesky borders and make your labels look polished and professional. By the end, you’ll be an expert in Word customization – so let’s get started!
Removing Avery Template Borders Lines In Word
I’ve been trying to figure out how to remove those annoying grey lines from my labels for ages. I tried in print settings, border settings, going from one setting to another, and it just wasn’t having any of it until now.
Here are the steps you need to take to remove the lines.
Step 1: Open up your label document in Word and click on the actual border line of the label (when the green resize squares pops up) until the Shape Format tab appears, then click on Shape Outline.
Step 2: Click on the Shape Outline dropdown arrow, then click No Outline. Now you will see the label border is now removed.
Step 3: Repeat the process for the rest of the borders, and make sure you save it when done.
I thought there might be an easier way to remove them all at once, but I didn’t see an option to do this. If you do, let me know in the comments section of this post.
