How To Make Gluten And Dairy Free Soda Bread
GLUTEN AND DAIRY FREE SODA BREAD RECIPE
Some people are intolerant to both gluten and dairy and it can be hard to find recipes let alone buy it from a supermarket! So here’s is my recipe for gluten and dairy free soda bread recipe tried and tested and was surprised how it turned out.
Depending on your taste of bicarbonate of soda the max you need is 2 tsp which I have stated in the recipe or go with just 1 tsp if you don’t like the taste.
If you want some extra flavour to your bread try added sundried tomatoes or olives to make it super tasty. Make sure you chop them into small pieces.
