5 Best Massage Tools To Use For A Therapist
As a massage therapist of 20 years! I know how hard it can be to massage many bodies day in day out. It can be physically draining, but having the right and best massage tools and equipment can lighten the load and be more enjoyable for you and your client.
So what do massage therapists use?

Number 1 best Massage Tool
My top and my favourite of all massage tools to use and can not do without is my Thumper Mini Pro Percussive Massager. This not only takes the pressure off my limbs for 10 minutes, but my customers love it!! A great massage tool for the neck and shoulders but also a great tool for the legs.
Depending on the customer, I will either use it as a warm-up tool, at the start of the massage, at the end to finish off or a bit of both.

It is lightweight, with no kickback to the hands and arms, so you can massage for longer without any pain or discomfort. Very quiet for a peaceful and pleasant massage experience.
Don’t forget to buy the carry case for the Thumper because it is not included.

Make sure you get one to keep it clean, and you’ve got somewhere to store it when not in use.
I even have a Thumper for personal use as every massage therapist need a massage, right??
NUMBER 2 BEST MASSAGE TOOL
My second tool to use is my Thumb Saver.
This massage tool to save your thumb is a must for massage therapists as we don’t want arthritis in our hands as we get older! They are cheap as chips to buy and are great for those stubborn knots in those tight muscles.
When I first started doing massage, I had pains in my thumbs with all the pressure work, but I have hardly had any pain since buying this. So it’s a thumbs up from me!

NUMBER 3 best face MASSAGE TOOL
My third massage tool to use if you’re doing a facial massage is my 2-IN-1 Face Massager.
Obviously, I do most facial massage by hand, but I always think this gives your customer an extra boost and makes their face feel amazing.
It is waterproof too, so if you’re using it yourself, you can use it in the shower!
Number 4 best MASSAGE TOOL for reflexology
My fourth tool to use is my Reflexology toolset.
This is definitely a hand saver as I always find doing Reflexology quite a fiddly treatment to do. This is the perfect tool.
The wooden tool gets right to the point on foot or hands and is lightweight, and we need lightweight with being a mobile therapist.
NUMBER 5 BEST MASSAGE TOOL
And my final massage tool to use is the Massage Pillow.
This is an excellent tool for yourself after a hard day at work or great for your customer while sitting up, and you are giving them a foot treatment. Your customers will love it!
CONCLUSION
In conclusion, our hands are by far the best tools to have when massaging, but sometimes we just need a helping hand. Don’t forget to clean your tools when finished with some hygiene spray.
These are my best massage tools to have as a massage therapist or even to have for yourself. What tool is your favourite? I’d love to know and don’t forget to share my post. Sharing is caring!
